1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Nobuki mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Forgent Labs ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Nobuki is a personal finance management application that allows you to:

• Track income and expenses using natural language input
• Manage budgets and financial goals
• View reports and analytics
• Export and backup your financial data
• Sync data across devices (Pro plan only)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Plan

• Access to core features with limitations
• 50 AI parses per month
• Supported by advertisements
• No cloud sync

4.2 Lifetime Plan

• One-time payment for lifetime access
• Unlimited AI parsing
• Ad-free experience
• Export to CSV/PDF
• No cloud sync

4.3 Pro Plan

• Monthly or yearly subscription
• All Free and Lifetime features
• Cloud sync and backup
• Advanced reports
• Priority support

4.4 Payment and Billing

• All subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Prices are set in your local currency and may vary by region
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Refunds are subject to App Store/Play Store policies

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 You May:

• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Export and backup your own data
• Share the App with others

5.2 You May Not:

• Use the App for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Circumvent any access or use restrictions
• Use automated tools to access the App (scraping, bots, etc.)
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Forgent Labs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.

7. Your Data

7.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to your financial data entered into the App. We do not claim ownership of your data.

7.2 Data Storage

• Local Storage: Data is stored on your device by default
• Cloud Storage (Pro): Data is encrypted and stored on our secure servers

7.3 Data Backup

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We provide export features for this purpose, but we are not liable for data loss.

7.4 Data Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services:

• App Stores: Apple App Store, Google Play Store
• Payment Processing: RevenueCat
• Authentication: Google OAuth
• Analytics: Crashlytics (crash reporting)
• Advertising: Google AdMob (Free plan)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Financial Advice Disclaimer

Nobuki is a tool for tracking and managing your personal finances. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Consult qualified professionals for such advice.

9.2 Accuracy of Information

While we strive for accuracy in AI parsing and calculations, you are responsible for verifying all transactions and reports. We are not liable for any errors or inaccuracies.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for data loss, financial losses, or business interruption

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forgent Labs from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the App
• Your violation of any rights of others

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through the app settings.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account is inactive for an extended period
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the App

12.3 Effect of Termination

• Your right to use the App will cease immediately
• Local data will remain on your device until uninstalled
• Cloud data will be deleted according to our data retention policy
• Paid subscriptions are non-refundable upon termination

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Posting the new Terms in the App
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email notification (for material changes)

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal claim, please contact us at hello@forgent.id to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

15.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration laws.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Forgent Labs regarding the App.
